• The registration can be transferred against a fees of Rs. 3000/- per person.

• All attendees must carry a valid identity card to attain a conference attendee badge at the venue.
• The attendees must wear their conference badge throughout the conference across all venues.
• All registrations are subject to verification, any discrepancy may result in cancellation of registration.
• The organizers reserve the rights of frisk and restrict entry.
• Event Doors will remain shut during sessions and will not open for entry.
• Entry into the auditorium will only start 30 mins before the event timing.
• The consumption of any prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual might be asked to leave the venue without any liability of a refund if there is any behavioral misdemeanor ¬ this decision rests with the conference and venue management and is final and binding.
• No Flash Photography or video recording at the venue is permitted, under any circumstances.
• Carrying of food items, alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, inflammable and banned substances are strictly prohibited.
• Please cooperate with the private security and police personnel or any agencies for security checks.
• The organizer does not take any responsibility for injuries, loss or theft of any personal belongings of ticket holder.
• The registration is non-refundable
• There will be adequate breaks for networking and refreshments.
• No children under the age of 15 will be allowed at the venue unaccompanied.
• All standard venue and attendee rules are to be adhered to by attendees.

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment. Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPT and print it for your reference, information and reimbursements.

As a final confirmation and conference reminder, an e-registration will be sent to all registered attendees via email one week prior to the start of the conference including any final announcements and/or instructions for the meeting.

No. Whether you wish you attend one of the two days, or both the days, you have to register with the ticket that provides full access.

• Refund Policy:Participation registration is eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the ticket value until September 1, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be provided.Please be aware that fees paid for exhibitor stalls, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and any other associated fees are non-refundable.
